Updated to include Provincial Sales tax table
Adjusted to reflect QST collected by seller and separate GST amount also collected
- Previously assumed Etsy collected and remitted QST like other provincial taxes (Etsy collects and Remits PST for the provinces of BC and SK, and RST for the province of MB
